The Monaco Benefits Group was established on July 4, 1993 by
Frank M. Monaco.

Frank started his career in the insurance industry with the Hartford Insurance Group as a manager in the Life and Health Department. During his tenure the branch office grew from 35th in sales nationally to 5th in sales nationally.

In 1989 Frank left the Hartford to form a partnership that specialized in Employee Benefits, where he tripled sales in four years.

The Monaco Benefits Group has grown significantly over the past eleven years because of the philosophy Frank goes to work with everyday, that is "Always do what is right for the client and the rest will take care of itself". This is what endears him to his clients, as witnessed by the lasting relationships, and the fact that "He is always looking for ways to reduce our costs by making it easy to do business with him.
